Browser Caddy is a free Chrome add-on developed by D. McDaniel that simplifies saving websites for future reference. This tool enables users to store various types of web content, including websites, Amazon store pages, LinkedIn profiles, and text snippets, in local storage for easy access. The saved web links are clickable, allowing users to revisit the stored content effortlessly.
With recent updates, Browser Caddy now includes a button to clear the storage session, which activates upon reloading the app. Additionally, users can now add the current tab of the active window directly to their saved list. The latest improvements enhance the user experience by displaying clickable page titles instead of URLs and introducing instant functionality for the Clear Button through double-clicking.
